Feeling faint, weak, go back to child's pose
Try again, this time, try harder
Again, need to go back to child's pose, this time even faster
Three years go by
Things that were once funny and entertaining aren't so funny anymore
"I can't do it."
Every time an opportunity comes along I try, try so hard, or I run, run so fast, or I lay there in child's pose
It's been a while since I've really tried, so I make a big commitment to try again
I go, and I try, and I fail, just as usual
But this time it feels permanent
It might never go away this time
That feeling of failure
Failed attempt after failed attempt
I've tried everything they tell you to do
But nothing works
One day after class I find the teacher
"Every time I do that, it makes me feel so faint like I'm going to pass out, I always have to go into child's pose. My body can't do camel pose."
Answer: "Don't open up your heart and then immediately close it when you fail. Keep opening it, just lighten up a little in your pose."
